Built for active jobsites.

What separates OCS Facility Services from a janitorial company is the same thing that separates every OCS service from a generic vendor. We are built for active construction environments — data centers, industrial plants, power facilities and large commercial projects — not office buildings.

  • Jobsite-qualified crews — drug-screened, site-oriented personnel who follow your site safety rules, PPE requirements and badging procedures without being managed by your team.
  • Safety-led company — OSHA 510 / OSHA 30 background, industrial site safety management experience and confined-space rescue capability. We understand the environments we work in.
  • Digital service verification — every visit logged with time in, time out, completed checklist, issues found and photos. Your invoices are backed by documentation you can review.
  • Single point of contact — a working on-site lead accountable for your scope, documented backup coverage, and monthly service reporting so nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Pre-agreed expansion pricing — per-service rates locked in at scope. Adding trailers or facilities during the project doesn't require a new negotiation.
  • SDVOSB & Cherokee Nation TERO certified — SAM.gov registered. Qualifies for set-aside requirements on tribal, federal and owner-diversity programs.

How it works

  1. Site walk

We walk the site with your GC or facilities lead to understand trailer count, facility types, access requirements and any site-specific rules.

  2. Scope & per-service pricing

We return a written scope with per-service pricing for each facility and service type, plus rates for site expansion. No surprises as the project grows.

  3. Documented service

Every visit is logged — time in, time out, checklist completed, issues noted with photos — and accessible to your team on request.

  4. Monthly reporting

Monthly service summary delivered to your superintendent or facilities lead covering services performed, issues found, items resolved and anything flagged for follow-up.
