OCS provides standby teams with real-world rescue experience - confined space and rope rescue certifications, and a team lead who has executed confined space entries in industrial environments.

Service-Disabled Veteran - U.S. Navy
OCS is SDVOSB-certified and SAM.gov registered, qualifying for set-aside federal and Cherokee Nation procurement opportunities.
Cherokee Nation TERO Certified
OCS holds TERO certification from the Cherokee Nation, supporting tribal preference requirements on Cherokee Nation projects and facilities.
CMC Confined-Space Rescue Training
Tyler is CMC-trained in confined space rescue and rope rescue systems - the same certification standard used by high-angle and industrial rescue teams.
Industrial Site Safety Management
Tyler has served as site safety manager on major industrial projects including operations at Logan Aluminum, Orion Carbon Black, and ExxonMobil sites.
OSHA 510 & Safety Trained
Holds OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and OSHA 510 - an occupational safety and health standards course for the construction industry.
EMT & First Responder Background
