Concrete & flatwork
Slabs, foundations, footings and flatwork. Commercial pads and structural pours — our crew, not a sub.
Structural steel
Steel framing, column erection, structural connections. Commercial construction through complex renovations — we own the work.
MEP coordination
Licensed electrical, plumbing and mechanical managed directly by OCS. One contract. We own the schedule and quality on every trade.
Prime GC services
Permitting, sub procurement, scheduling, punch list. Preconstruction through closeout. Single responsible party from first conversation to final walkthrough.

Avenue 118 in Pryor, Oklahoma: 12 offices, 10 leased at $900/month. NE 1st Flex Space: 1,200 sq ft flex, pre-leased, under construction. OCS built both. Open Space Rentals owns them.
